As a custom homebuilder, Heath Homes strives to build quality homes that meet your wishes. We provide an honest working relationship with subcontractors, sales personnel, and homeowners where families can take pride and satisfaction in their own home.
Organization
Heath Homes is a family operated business; it is operated on a strict professional basis. Chad and Tara Heath are a highly experienced and qualified management team. Chad is our general manager and construction consultant. Tara handles the company’s interior and exterior design of our homes. Our on site superintendent is dedicated to site management. Jan Douglas our office manager handles all bookkeeping duties as well as any organizational matters with the office.
Product
We believe our homes stand on their own. The process is started at design with quality and the goal of a satisfied customer staying at the forefront of our thinking. We start with a design concept and a square footage. We are always taking a hard look at the livability of our floor plans. Heath Homes, Inc. is a custom homebuilder. Be assured we will not sacrifice the structural integrity and quality of our homes. Heath Homes offers our product to the first time homeowner, at the entry level or all the way to empty nesters sizing down.
After we choose the square footage, one or two levels, and general concept for a new plan, then we begin the engineering. Heath Homes never takes a short cut in the structural integrity of your new home. Understand your home has been engineered, from top to bottom. Not just your foundation or your trusses. We take it up a notch. These items plus your architectural home plans is engineered. While this is going on we are still working on the livability of the new plan. Once these two items come together we are ready to build a home.
During construction, we pay strict attention to quality control and enforcement of the structural integrity of your new home. This is accomplished by providing engineering inspections when necessary and by having a supervisor on site daily. These items are never compromised. We also, believe in a close relationship with our new homeowner during the construction process. We would prefer to hear and see you during the construction process. Wow!!! Yes, you are welcome during this phase.
As you can see by now we want to develop a positive and long lasting relationship with our customers. This doesn’t stop at the front door with the keys and signed closing papers. No!!! We offer a third party warranty on your new home. Yes, we will be there to take care of you and your new home.
